We are responsible for their protection and security. Scope of personal data and purpose of processing
We process personal data that you entrust to us, for the following reasons:
- сontract performance, provision of services, organization of live meetings:
- we need your personal data (e-mail, first name, last name, full address or, in the case of a purchase for a company, company identification data) to fulfill the contract. This includes, for example, providing, at your email address, access to the online course or other online services and the need to manage the performance of this contract (such as notifications of an upcoming course payment due date, etc).
Bookkeeping:
- If you order any of our online products, we also need your personal information (or billing information if the customer is a legal entity) in order to fulfill our obligations to issue and register tax documents. To comply with our tax filing obligations, we will be required to retain your personal data for 10 years.
- If you ordered our product, but did not pay for it, we reserve the right to store and process your personal data for another 3 months. During this time, we will remind you of your order and send you the information about the product you ordered.
Marketing:
We use your personal data (email address, name, gender), information about what attracts you most in our emails for direct marketing purposes - sending business offers. If you are our customer, we do so with a reasonable assumption that you are interested in our news. We will carry out our newsletter within 5 years from the date of the last order.
If you are not our customer, we will send you newsletters solely with your consent within 5 years from the date of this consent.
If you use any of our online products free of charge, we send you newsletters with your consent within 2 years from the date you gave your consent. In each of the above cases, you can revoke your consent by using the unsubscribe link that you will find in the emails sent to you, or by sending a message asking us to stop sending newsletters to the email address: info@videmishop.com.
Advanced consent marketing:
In order not to bother you with a large number of offers and send you only what might interest you, there is a classic segmentation. This means that we store information about you in order to determine if a particular offer may interest you.
We can send you inspiring offers from third parties or use an e-mail address only with your consent. For example, remarketing and targeting advertising on Facebook for a period of 5 years from the approval. Of course, it can be revoked at any time via e-mail to info@videmishop.com.

- Meta Platforms, Inc. - possibility of targeted advertising within the Meta environment, possibility of advertising optimization - processing time max. 180 days. We normally use it for 30 days.
We retain your personal data for the duration of the statute of limitations, unless the law provides for a longer period of storage or we have specified otherwise in specific cases.
Direct marketing via FB Messenger:
If you connect to our FB page through Messenger, we will ask you for consent to send you messages about online education and educational games. Only after giving consent we will send you the mentioned information messages. The mailing period is maximum 5 years from the date of consent. You can unsubscribe from sending messages at any time. All you have to do is write the word "stop" in any message. From now on, the newsletter will no longer be sent to you via Messenger.
Photos and videos from live events:
We store and process your photos and images, audio or video recordings, attached as a game solution or uploaded to your portfolio on the Videmi social network, during the time of their presentation, and then for another 10 years in the same way. Processing and publication of your data is always based on your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time using our contact details. At our Live Events (Winner Meetings), we create photos or videos. In the future, we may use these records in promotional materials. In addition, the videos can be used by participants and those interested in online courses for informational viewing. We never publish the names of participants in these materials, only with the consent of those who attended the event. If you do not want to be on the records, please let us know before organizing the event. This can be done both orally and in writing at info@videmi.eu.

When you visit our website, we record your IP address, how long you stay on the page, from which page you come. We use cookies to measure website traffic and customize the display of websites as our legitimate interest of the administrator, as we believe that thanks to this we can offer you even better services.

Thanks to the right of access, you can call us at any time and we will prove to you within 30 days what your personal data is being processed and why.
If something changes for you or you find your personal data out of date or incomplete, you have the right to supplement and change your personal data.
You can exercise the right to restriction of processing. If you think that we are processing your incorrect data, or that we are processing it unlawfully, but you do not want to delete all data, or if you object to the processing of some data, you can limit the amount of personal data processed or or exclude any clauses requiring the processing of personal data from the contract (for example, by unsubscribing from the newsletter, you object to the processing of your data for the purpose of sending messages).
Right to portability. If you would like to take your personal data and transfer it to someone else, we will proceed it in the same way as when exercising the right of access - with the only difference that we will provide it to you in a form of machine-readable document. We need at least 30 days here.
Right of deletion. Your next right is the right to delete. We do not want to forget you, but if you wish, you have the right to do so. In this case, we will delete all your personal data from the system as well as from the systems of all sub-processors and backups. We need 30 days to completely delete all your data.
In some cases, the law obliges us to register and keep issued tax documents for the period established by law. In this case, we will delete all personal data that is not associated with these documents. We will notify you by email when the deletion is complete.
Right to complain. If you consider that we are processing your data in violation of the law, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for the Protection of Personal Data at any time. We will be very happy if you first inform us of this suspicion so that we can do something about it and correct any mistakes.
The right to unsubscribe from sending newsletters and business messages. Based on our legitimate interests, we send you informative emails, articles or suggestions if you are a client of ours. If you are not our customer, we send you newsletters with your consent. You can unsubscribe by following the "Unsubscribe" link in your email or by emailing us at info@videmi.eu.
Once you have submitted your unsubscribe, you may still receive communications from us for a maximum of 7 calendar days required to process your request.
Secrecy
We would like to assure you that our employees and colleagues who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality and comply with security measures when dealing with personal data, the disclosure of which could jeopardize your safety. Your personal data will never be transferred to third parties without your consent.
